前些天发表了ROUTE TABLE, 不少人问怎么用，这个鞋架子里可以看到一些.　几个月前买了一些LOCUST, 中文叫洋槐, 它的色泽金黄, 也是硬木. 花纹有一些接近ASH, 不过没有ASH的纤维那么重, 密度也要底一些. 以前做的都是四方的家具，这次打算要做一些弧型的, 所有的部件的边最后都会用ROUTER ROUND OVER的. 所有的连接部分都是榫子和凹槽的（Mortise & Tenon）．还要提醒的是所有电动工具都很危险, 一定要仔细读说明书, 按照操作规则使用, 即便同样工具不同厂家都会有所不同. 下面是制作过程尽量描述详细一些,仅供参考.

靠背: 先用TABLE SAW 做出两头榫子, 然后用BAND SAW 切成弧型, 在用SANDER打磨光华.

再做九个小木条做装饰, 也有加固作用, 然后用ROUTER TABLE 把边打圆, 注意由于木条太小, 所以使用了一些工具帮助.

再往下, 要装木板, 这里的设计要注意, 因为冬天鞋上会带有雪, 化了后会有水, 我设计木板留有3度的斜坡, 这样水就可以流下. 支撑木条用18Gauge钉枪加固.
