几个月前我POST了我的工作台, 就是用这个工作台, 刚做好我的书架, 整个书架全实木, 没有使用任何PLYWOOD, MDF. 用了一百三十 (BOARD FEET - 差不多相当于平方英尺）左右的ROUGH CUT 核桃木(WALNUT), 顶子是HARD　MAPLE在中心, WALNUT 包边. 原木有200磅左右，最后做成重量在140 磅左右, 非常的SOLID, 想摇一下都费劲. 整个制作过程避免了使用锣丝, 完全是木头的咬合(JOIN) 加胶水. 其中主要使用了以下JOIN 技术: BISCUIT JOIN, DOWEL JOIN, GROVE/TENON JOIN, BUTT JOIN, RABBET JOIN等.

本来想等OILing 之后再贴的, 不过这个过程很长, 因为要SANDING 到220 GRITs, 上头边油, 干后, SAND到400GRITS, 再上二边, 再SAND 到600 GRITS, 然后在SEAL OFF. 先贴出来吧.
