I recently had the experience of replacing the furnace and A/C at home. ..

I contacted AireOne for a quote of furnace and A/C. The salesperson was not very patient, but looked professional.
After I've decided to buy from them, on Saturday, two techinicians came to install both the furnace and A/C. The installation took about five hours.
Before they installed the products, I just took a casual look at the model number on the furnace( I didn't think it was really neccessary, since it would be too much if they gave me the wrong products) but not the other parts.
After installation and they've left, I suddenly realised the A/C model is a 1.5 Ton one and not the 2.0 Ton I ordered !
I never imagined such a mistake can be done.
And after I called the company , the installation manager promised he would call me to confirm the appointment for the technicians to come re-install the unit.
But one day passed, no one contacted me at all....

What a service !
So the lessons learned here: when you order big appliances, products, you need to really be on guard of yourself and make sure you verify everything.
