原料:活河虾、盐、味精、五粮液、芝麻酱、香菜、葱、姜、青椒、醋精、麻油、酱油。
做法:
1、将活河虾洗净,放入有盖的盘内。
2、将芝麻酱加调料后,调匀成芝麻酱小料,将香菜、葱、姜、青椒切成末,加入调料后也调匀成小料,放如小碗内。
3、上席时将白酒倒在活河虾上,加盖焖几分钟后即可食用,食用时将河虾放入小料即可。
