Last winter I was helping at a learning centre. I was teaching Access one aftertoon. When talking about some basic terms in Access, I had to explain to them what was datasheet and how to create and manage them.

I was talking about the data "sheet" the whole afternoon, until I realized there must be something wrong. Then, I learned because I couldn't tell the difference between the pronounciation of "sheet" and "shit", so all of the people had to listen to me speaking of "shit" the whole afternoon. :)

So, you can imagine how embarrassed I was. hehe
