The first time I went to McDonalds is after one week I landed Canada because my little princess really wanted to eat that. So I had to gathered all of my strength to go there, the only thing I did was pointing to the picture my daughter chose, said "I want this", then Mc girl asked me a lot of question, I couldn't understand her question, I told her "please you decide something for us, we don't know these stuff at all". At last my daughter got all stuff she wanted.
Untill now I still don't know all of the name in McDonalds's menus, but I do know I can get the thing I want because language is not the only thing you can use to communicate. Your gesture and expression is more common than language.
