Yup,it should be”looks”. But in English it doesn’t always follow Subject-and-Verb-Agreement.

Eg: Ten minutes is not too long.
Two pounds is really cheap.
Here we consider time and money as singular forms, therefore we use “is” instead of “are”. But actually “ten minutes” and “two pounds” are plural forms.
