记得看desperate housewife的时候，说了一句家丑不可外扬。我记得是这么说的 ：don't laundry your dirty clothes in the public. ---à是的，好象也可以说don’t wash your dirty linen in public.
-She is such a brown-nose/boot-licker. 她是个马屁精.--à马屁精也有好多说法， 文雅一点的还可以叫apple polisher
说一件事特别恶心：gross, discussing-àdisgusting ,
精疲力尽就是burn me out , --àor worn out ,pooped. etc。
老公就是hubby，老婆好像只听到wife. --à once my hubby introduced me to one of his buddies who hadn’t seen each other for ages, he said” hey, dude, it’s my girl 含笑。I know he’s teasing.
那种小吊带就是top or tank top-à 我想起男人穿的那种背心，后面是s形状的好象叫wife beater
说某人多管闲事，就是butt in other people's businesses --à或者说nosy 也成
还有两个，我翻译不好，让高手来翻译以下，我只会用：i am all over you. ---à我对你非常地着迷。前面说过还有一种说法，叫I have a crush on you. 这两句都是表达很喜欢某人的意思。
i am all for you.是不是可以翻成：我随时听你差遣？-----》直译：我的存在只是为了你。意译的话，我觉得应该看语境吧。
