One fellow rolian (tulipa) posted several poems. I find it fun to translate them to Chinese.
1.
Above the boat
bellies
of wild geese
Note: The keyword is “above”. The poem is short and difficult to translate. I had to fill some blank to make it like a Chinese poem.
2.
Broad sun-stoned beaches.
White heat.
A green river.
A bridge,
scorched yellow palms
from the summer-sleeping house
drowsing through August.
Days I have held,
days I have lost,
days that outgrow, like daughters,
my harbouring arms.
3.
The Red Wheelbarrow
So much depends
upon
a red wheel
barrow
glazed with rain
water
beside the white
chickens.
4.
The Sun
Look: the sun has spread its wings
over the earth to dispel the darkness.
Like a great tree, with its roots in heaven,
and its branches reaching down into the earth
