In Australia, only those Chinese who applied but couldn't get a Australian PR finally have to move to Canada. Because Australian Permanent Residency(PR) is much harder to get than a Canadian PR. If they have a choice, they will stay here. To us , Canada is a demned cold place, no excitement at all!
