Is HR important? kind of but not as important as the HR describes. In any orgniztion, the branch, which can bring more revenue, play a more important role. HR process is Binomial, either yes or no. HR normally is the entry point for applying a job. Giving enough infomation for your background, showing your respect ( but no cheap smile) and convincing him/her your professinal value, all on all, I'll do anything let the HR say 'YES', but nothing more. Once he/she puts me on the track, thing is out of his/her hand.
