I didn't talk too much with HR. They're not the decision makers and even he/she doesn't like me, there's nothing he/she can do to drop me from the candidate list. I do pay a lot of attention on the project manager, technical lead and operation manager. They're the key person. If they ask me do I have questions, I will show my interest, my intellgence and my enthusiasm.
My experience, showing your communication skill and your professinal value to the HR is good enough. The purpose for their existing is to serve the company well, dig the useful professinals and host a good interview env. Nothing else
