其实共有三个问题，What would you like to be doing 1 year from now? five years? ten years?

1. If I work for your company, it seems that I am still in this entry level position but I should be very familiar with all kinds of operations in the company including sales, software and hardware implementation, customer’s service and project development after one year from now.
2. After five years from now, it seems I have made a significant contribute toward the company’s goals.
3. After ten years from now, I hope I have become a thorough professional with an absolute understanding of the company, the product, the market, the industry, and where the biggest challenges and opportunities for the company.
