If the programming is as easy as described, I would hire that instructor and get him to USA.

Here is something I have witnessed. Some of my friends have worked
on Java for 3-5 months but they still my help withing CLASSPATH problem.

I don't think the students from such training centers can go through my interview, no matter how many "tricks" that almighty instructor have crammed them.
