their classmates( those who got a job already) reference or alumni's referal. Especially for Chinese women, the alumni's net work is important, cause a lot of chinese women would need labor a baby in their first year or second year during the first job, then their company has a maternity contract job, when you got the info, then it is very close to get your first job.......
