She actually got two offers. First offer wasn't very good. Only 63K with 8% target, no signing bonus. Second offer was good, 68K with 8% target, 5K signing bonus. She used the second to negotiated with the first since she likes the first better and ended up with 63K with 8% target, no signing bonus.
