but staying in low income and low benefit is obviously not China and India's interests, they too desperately want to step into the zone of developed countries, that's why their labor cost keeps rising, once their labor cost reaches a certain level, game over, developed countried will find another China or India....actually, now lots of companies are reviewing their outsourcing strategies since they are not working well
