basicly the factory and workshop level manufactures will definitely be moved to the low costed place such as Asia or Mexico. However, the new and high end tech from R&D, which are applied and implemented to these manufacturing activities, will not be outsourced. Although many big name companys open their factory, branch or child companys in these developping countries, they just shiped " the pure" manufacturing activities as well low end tech there. But they keep a distant advantage in the hand on their high end technique
