有的公司合约中有提到在合约期不能同时为其他公司服务，尤其是permanent的。还有就是有没有签过Security Agreement的，那个上面有写明在职期间和离职后多久是不能和同类型公司签合同的。这两点将是影响你决定的关键，EI只是一个小头，而这个会影响你将来的职业生涯。如果被公司发现，去告你的话，你是100%的输。So, read all agreements you signed with your company carefully first, then make decision. Good luck.
