then staying in Toronto is definitely the best choice. Toronto is undoubtedly the most suitable place for immigrants.
Otherwise, staying in Toronto would be wasting your time and I see it a 'torture'.
So the point is that it's up to you to make your own judgement - how do you want to spend your time and life?
