certainly if you want get more for yourself you must fight for it instead of waiting it comes.Hope all the people who see this post may have a better understanding how wsib work and when things happens they may have a better idea how to get the best result for themselves. donot give up for your rights.
If you don't know whether you need to fight for your rights(when it happens), you may find a layer and tell them all the truth and see what they say. If they tell you it's not worth a try. Then That's it. Or you will have a chance.
