请看以下是中介公司要求我与他们签订的协议．一旦我签字了以后是不是就意味着我必须得在中介公司介绍我去的那家公司里工作 做满十四个月？如果下周我能通过一个PERMANENT职位的面试的话 （ 是我自己找的公司，跟中介没有任何关系），我能离开中介介绍我去工作的那家公司吗？因为我与中介签订的协议中 并没有提到 如果我要离开 可以提前两周通知中介公司的条款． （情况是：我和中介签订协议，我去中介公司介绍的公司工作， 中介公司发工资给我．）
怎么办？ 我想如果下周能通过那个面试，我可以拿到PERMANENT 职位的话，我想离开中介公司给我介绍的那家公司，不知道这样可不可以? 我是不是要赔偿给中介公司？ 还是 ： 中介公司不让我离开那家他介绍我去工作的公司 ？怎么办？ 下面是我和中介公司的协议，到底我要不要签字？（ 中介公司让我签完字以后发传真给他们）．
