Within phone or IPT support, it could have call processing server support, iMAC, voicemail or UM etc. Within call processing, it has server and GW etc. Different company may use different technologies in different areas. Also, are you interested in communication with people, or interested in new technology. if you are interested in learning new technology, you may want to find out which products each company is using and see if it will fit your appetite. For example, for UC solution, one company may use cisco, the other company may use microsoft, the third one may use itself, just too many questions, how can someone give a meaningful answer? eh?
