-there must be somebody needs to be filled in. No one can guarantee that other people would be better than our Chinese. Also, be good and pass the kind to our Chinese will make you feel more comfortable. I understand it may be a tough question for some people. Because if the s/he is not good, they do not want to recommend; if the guy is excellent, s/he would be competitor in future. However, I believe one should be very open and try to improve yourself, eventually, you will benefit from your kind, especially from insight.
