That's what I have seen in many places as well.......
A good BA can be really helpful. I have seen good BAs before. Unfortunately, there aren't many good BAs. That's what I meant by "know nothing but bluffing".. I feel the whole "BA" occupation needs to be more regulated, not 是人会说就可以当BA的
