Both salary in A and B are over market value. even if I will be looking for next one, it is very hard to get matched OR higher than my current salary.
company A:
2 weeks vacation
No RRSP Match
I can use new stuff in development as long as I want to learn and use (of course, no $$$ provided to me to learn. I have to learn all of stuff by myself)
company B (6 months probation for newly hired people):
3 weeks vacation
2.5% RRSP match after one year
