The HR of company B happened to find my resume on the Internet and send me an email asking me if I would like to apply for a management role in their downtown HQ. I would not hurt if I go for interview. Then, I went to the 3 interviews. I got excellent feedback from them. I know they are going to give me the offer- but hard to negotiate the salary (based on their budget).

My current employer A:
I have been an analyst in Finance Department of a mid size corporation (say company A) for 2 years. My salary is well above the market (below market, at the market, and above market) and I also have 2 digit bonus each year. The good thing is the location is not far away from my home - only 20' -30' drive. However, i don't see there are many opportunities to grow within the company A.

Company B:
One of the biggest Canadian companies with strong record of growth.
The new position is management position. The salary could be about 8-10% more than what I am making. The bonus is a couple % higher. Commuting time is around 1 hr from my home. Not sure if they have flexible work hours. Benefits are same as company A. Company B will definitely offer more opportunities.

My dilemma:
Should I take this offer? Any comment is welcome.
