Your words have revealed that you do not really understand what a documentation is used for.
It suprised me that you have to reiterate this to your customers 1000+ times, so far I as I remember, I only need to state this to my client once. Guess you are having some sort of problems communicating with your customers effectively.
Global warming is a universal concern, yet I never heard anything it has to do with someone called "Niu Ge". I suggest you double check which planet you are living in :)
One thing I am sure that teaching other people with your limmited knowledge has severely damaged your mental health. Hence, to save any important information about your project in your head will be rather a disarster. :)
