在你的公司里，Requirement doc 通常包含 system level 的内容吗 –
Hardware Requirements,
Software Requirements ( including Client and Server),
Hosting Requirements,
Design Constraint,
Applicable Standards
Legal, Copyright etc,
请注意， Business User must sign off the Requirement doc.
How a BA can be good at the above? Should these be responsibilities of an Architect / Technical Lead? Should there be two documents - one being Business Requirements prepared by BA(s) to be signed off by the Business users and one being the technical design document prepared by Architect / TL which does not need the Business' sign-off?
