Basically, the whole thing took place in a hotel after they selected a group of candidates on campus.
First, we had 15 min to meet with a GS staff/analsyt/associate (they reviewed my résumé first). After 30 minutes, we were then passed over to the next round in another meeting room (if you were selected). Then, you were allowed to talk about your experience and background to senior controller and a manager (I recalled) - this is around 30 mins- they also asked you some questions. After these, they left and came back in 20 minutes to give me an official invitation for a dinner, which would take place in a downtown hotel 3 hours later.
The dinner was in formal settings. I was sitting with candidates from other major business schools(such as Ivy, Queens, and UT) as well as some managers from Japan. Evem they are Japanese, most of them received master education in US or Europe and speak very fluent English. One thing I found out is they have very good table manner. You need to know this if you are invited for a lunch or dinner wirh them. The dinner went well but I was late because of traffic (I live in uptown).
After that, I didn't hear from them for a while - meanwhile, I got nice offer from a similar companies - even bigger. However, this exclusive experience really help my future job searching - especially with big corporations.
