spent a lot of time reading this weekend...i haven't done it like this before!! felt like back to the school days ;)
anyway, interview is over. i think it's worthwhile trying this hard even though it's quite distant from where i stand now. it's my future direction. thx to you and others!! - i did make use of the info gained here :)
