Try to answer,
1) Still internet security, such as IPV6. The encryption algorithm should still play the important roll.
2) The most important thing to prevent attack is everyone aware the security. The persons to keep the rule useful are the most important part. They should follow the rules to keep the environment secure. Also keep training all the staffs are important too.
