请问一般他们都要联系国内原单位（银行）人事部吗？ 还是说就联系我提供的reference? 因为现在网络发达，他们很容易找到原单位HR的电话的。我只是工作过1年，还是5年前了，原单位现在的HR很多人都不认识了，别到时候某人接了说不认识我 那就惨了阿。。。请问这种情况会发生么？
