最近在找美国的IT工作，有个中介打过几次电话，问了下Skill Set & Hour rate, 然后要我签一个如下协议，他们再给联系职位面试。 我的担心是，如果我签了协议，而且通过了最终的面试，是否就一定要按要求去。特别是这一句，“I also agree to accept a position if I am informed of my selection by Nanosystems with in 72 hours after the final client interview. ”不会将自己卖了吧？

EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned ________________________ ___________ (Consultant) do hereby authorize AAA LLC based out of 1 street, Suite# 2, NY 14043, to hereafter act as my sole representative for positions with clients in USA. I agree that for any reason if I go directly to the client without prior written consent from AAA, I will be subject to legal action and penalty from AAA. I agree I will take any project brought by AAA, if it matches my skill set and rate $ ____XX__/hour USD all-inclusive in USA. By executing this document I understand that I will not go directly/indirectly through another vendor to their client or execute an Exclusivity Agreement with another vendor. I also agree to accept a position if I am informed of my selection by AAA with in 72 hours after the final client interview. If I back out of a position after the selection, I do understand that Integrated AAA LLC suffers irreparable damage with their client and that I would be liable to pay for those damages to Integrated AAA LLC as an injunctive relief. _______________________ Signature
