1. 10 years of experience in China, a no-name MBA in Canada, couldn't find a job here in about a year, now marketing director with a medium US company, RMB 70W per year.
2. 15 years of experience in China, a first-tier MBA in Canada and one year experience with a Foutune 500 Canadian facility, laid off and back to China. Commercial operations with a world Top 10 company, RMB35W/year. Resigned lately, a small Canadian company offered him a chief rep position with CAD90K + stock option.
3. 14 years of experience in China, MBA degree from China, three years in Canada with Scotia Bank, back to China three months ago with a offer of RMB 50W+
4. 3 years experience in China, and 3 years Canada, first-tier MBA Canada, back to Shenzhen last year, 20W/year.
All of them are Canadian passport holders.
