I have asked other people what they think my strongest strength is. The feedback I got is "Analytical skill". I am also a detail-oriented person. Now I am building my communication skills and progress steadily. The real weakness of mine is Interpersonal Skill. I see that's a big drawback in my career path. Of course I want to improve it, but I don't think I can change dramatically in a short time period.

I know a real good BA is not easy. The reason why I say many BA just talking is because I've seen too many unqualified BAs :) . Unfortunately, BA is not just "communication, analytical, detailed oriented ". They do need good interpersonal skill to make the clients feel pleased, and unfortunately, many people judge others emotionally by how the person talks rather than what that person does. So I don't think BA would fit me well (at least not at this point). But it is actually a good opportunity to learn and practice interpersonal skills by dealing with different people.

Don't really know what a PM's life is like. Unfortunately the PMs in my group does not do much other than attending meetings ;) I am sure it's not an easy job either.. but it seems challenging.
