Hello everyone,
I am new to this site. I met a serious problem regarding TN visa.
I had TN visa and word in US for years. I did not realized my visa had already expired nearly 2 months ago. on July 4, I came back to Toronto for some emergence personal issues then intended to go back at the same day. I was stopped entering and deported to Canada because of working with an expired Visa (illegal). The ponishment is 3 years not entering US. I wonder if anyone has any ide about anything I could do to make me go back to us.
