Never say "You are wrong." Instead, you can say " I think something wrong..." otherwise you coworker will become offensive. Never use word "problem". Canadian perfer to use "issue".
说说我的故事。我的经理是斯里兰卡人。很聪明但刚愎自用。老是指示我干这干哪，决不允许有反对意见。有的指示很无道理。 有一次我提出反对意见 建议等VP回来后在决定。大概是我第一次违抗他的命令，冲过来大声yelling" You need 20 years experience to understanding what I said. You have limited accounting knowledge, follow my instruction, do it right now." 还有一次说"shut your mouth up" 我到VP那投述，才知道所有的人都投述他。自此以后老找茬挑刺。有次VP正巧目睹他欺负我的过程，决定我以后不再report给经理，直接report给VP. 总算脱离苦海。经理原来手下有三个兵，现在是光杆司令。haha :) BTW. 我的老板(President & VP，白人)是我遇过最最最nice的人。从不批评下属。
