I got application form from the company and they asked me to fill in all info, there is section about my current salary, can I skip this info? My current salary is below market rate. Also for address info, I tell them I live in NYC, actually I live in other city, then I can leave NYC address in application form? Is any problem if I leave a fake address in application form?
