hi,buddy,I always encourage myself every interview.
when finished, I feel good.basically, the every on-site employer interview, when I left the company, I feel at least there has next round interview.
but the reality is the whole interview is finished.
that make me cofused.really no idea. for instance, I got good response for my answers in this morning,including techinal and behavior,but eventually,the employer told agent techinal strong, communication skill is weakness.
I wonder that is the truth......
