When it comes to the Crystal Report & Reporting Service, Crystal Report was acquired by the Business Object a couple of years ago and now has been integrated into the BusinessObject X11. As you may know, BO is the #1 in BI, whereas MS is pretty much a newcomer in this area although I don't think there is too much difference in terms of functionality - just a matter of personal preference.
