1. Print the iteration and use the number on it to change a boarding card at the airport. The most important thing is to take a thing with your photo ID on it (such as a passport). You need it to take the plane.
2.I don't know. Is that so important? Just prepare to buy it youself.
3.I believe there are always taxi in any airport. Serach it on net or tell people here which city u are going, get several phone numbers of taxi corprations. But I suggest you don't ask the interviewer to fetch you. Thats not a good image to the interviewer. You can call them you are caming in a half an hour after u arrive the airport. Perhaps they will come to fetch u. If not, just take a taxi and go ther by youself.
4.Surely you should have their address. Use the post code or their address to serch on maps.yahoo.com or maps.google.com.
